1. Contract is signed, down payment is made.

2. If the building needs to be engineered (special plans drawn), building design is sent to engineer. Engineered plans return in about 3-4 weeks.

3. Apply for building permit. Permit acquisition time is about 2 weeks.

4. When the permit is approved, we send off the materials order. If your building was engineered, a second payment is required at this time to cover material costs.

5. Building materials should arrive on site after about 2 weeks. Second payment is due for non-engineered buildings, third payment for engineered buildings.

6. Construction of building starts with the post-hole drilling.

7. After post-hole inspection, the posts are set, and all trusses and rafters are constructed.

8. Purlins and girts (wall and roof framing) are attached.

9. Insulation is set, if requested, then wall and roof metal is fastened.

10. Concrete floor is poured, then overhead doors are installed.

11. Final inspection by county, then, if inspection is OK, final payment is due.
